The flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday by 5:00 and you did not get them there. They came today after 3:00 which was not the anniversary. Not happy.

I'm very happy to deal directly with Danville Florist, and our communications concerning this long-distance transaction were great. My mother loves the flowers -- my only wish is that the florist would send me a photo along with the confirmation of delivery because I don't know what the bouquet looks like. I'll definitely use them again.

I purchased a flower bouquet (Stargazer) for my mom on Mother's Day and she loved the arrangement and told me they were "beautiful." I was not able to see the bouquet nor be with my mom that day, but I was told that there were approximately 50 flowers and ~30% were large , with the rest being small and colorful. I was glad to hear that because I previously purchased flowers online from another company and spent nearly $100 for a "large" bouquet, and what my mom actually received was a tiny bouquet that I would not have spend more than $30 for. My only constructive criticism would be that it would be nice for the business to take a screen shot of the actual product created for each person and send to the person who gifted the flowers, as that would help your online customers create a fair and accurate review. If reviews are solely based on whether the receiver loved the flowers, then of course the business will receive a 5-star review every time (unless the receiver is a selfish, thankless jerk who doesn't appreciate a gift). So, I am basing my 4 stars on the fact that my mom absolutely loved the flowers and I am happy she loved them, but I did not personally see them. That being said, I will still plan on purchasing flower arrangements in the future from Danville Florist, because I love supporting local businesses. Thank you! :)
